When should I order my treats?
If ordering for a special event we ask that you order at least 3-4 weeks ahead of time. The earlier the better to ensure your treats get to you in time with processing and shipping times.

What ingredients do you use?
We use all natural ingredients, covered fully in the ingredients section of our website.

How should I store my treats?
For our treats, they should be stored in an airtight container for 5-6 weeks. You’ll want to keep them at room temperature as putting them into the fridge will reintroduce moisture into he treats, shortening their lifespan.

Is the coloring safe for my dog?
We use food coloring that comes from natural foods such as, carrots, cabbage, purple sweet potatoes.. etc. You can find more information in our ingredients tab. Our colors are pastel, and not bright for this exact reason.

Can humans eat these treats?
YES! Our treats are made with everyday foods, however have no added sugars in them. You can be sure to take a nibble and let us know what you think! Our personal fav is our Strawberry Shortcake.

My treats arrived broken, Can I return them?
Unforunately, we do everything in our ability to safely pack our treats, including packing materials for safe travel. We cannot control how shipping carriers treat these packages, however, please email us, including a picture and we will find a solution that works!

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Changes to orders can only be made within the first 24 hours. After this time, no changes can be made. Our orders all made fresh as orders come in and must include drying time. Cake orders can only be changed up until 4 days prior to pickup or delivery.

How do I get my treats?
We offer shipping and local pick up on our biscuits and accessories. At this time, our cakes are for local pickup/delivery only. We offer local pickup spots between Bluffton, SC and Beaufort, SC as well as offer delivery with a fee based on miles.

What if my dog doesn't like these treats?
Our treats have been tested on many friends and family dogs and customers to ensure deliciousness, however unfortunately dogs can be finicky. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for this situation. However, please contact us to find a resolution.
